Group Services Provided:
- Identify the needs of your group in order to help you select the right cruise line or all-inclusive resort.
- Work with you to develop and implement a marketing plan for promoting your group to your members and prospective guests (mailings, radio, TV, newsletters, cruise parties).
- Coordinate and confirm all special requests, meeting space, onboard events and activities, group excursions and tours with the cruise line or resort.
- Accept and process all incoming registrations, inquiries, and special requests. Provide regular communications to all guests prior to departure with important details about their trip itinerary, schedule and more.
- Process and distribute all departure documents. Assist with any last-minute requests and coordinate with the cruise line and resort personnel.
