My husband and I own Thunderbird Dance Company and last year we put together a cruise to Alaska, with the help of Janette Jahoda, our travel agent. We were so grateful for the work she did and the cruise was such a success. We cannot express how pleased we were with her services.
She did much in the way to promote our event, holding a cruise night that would work with our company, getting flyers together and placing them in strategic places, emailing various groups, and putting our information in newspapers and newsletters, among other things. She worked diligently all the way through and even came to our After-Cruise Party where she could share in the memories of our cruise goers.
As for any needs that arose, she handled questions and problems with ease and timeliness, and explained details of the cruise to the participants very well. She also worked with us, as host and hostess of this cruise, to not only give us options for our party, but to walk with us through every step of the way in order to put together a fabulous vacation package for our people. Her professionalism was unsurpassed.
I would highly recommend Janette’s services to anyone. I believe she did an outstanding job of working with us, and we can’t wait to put together another vacation package for our group in the future.
